Refund Policy

1. Overview

At PokeTCGDojo, we take great care in packing and shipping your orders. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where items arrive damaged or significantly different from what was described.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The product is missing or incorrect

  • The item arrived in a condition different than advertised (e.g. not sealed when it was listed as sealed)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photo evidence of the damage or issue

  • Include your order number and a clear description of the problem


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns in the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

  • Opened or unsealed items (when sold as sealed)

  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer

  • Delays due to customs or postal services (outside our control)


4. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • We will work with the shipping provider to investigate

  • In cases of damage, partial refunds or replacements may be offered, depending on stock availability


5. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider
